EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning – Water Heater Promotional Terms & Conditions
This promotional offer is valid from October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Promotion Details: Customers will receive 10% off the total installation cost of a qualifying water heater or tankless water heater provided and installed by EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning during the promotional period. Traditional Electric and Gas Water Heaters: Installations include an 8-year manufacturer warranty on the unit. Tankless Water Heaters: Installations include a 15-year manufacturer warranty on the heat exchanger and a 5-year manufacturer warranty on parts.
Exclusions & Limitations: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupons. The water heater or tankless water heater must be supplied by EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Units purchased from third-party retailers, wholesalers, or other suppliers are not eligible for this discount. The manufacturer warranty covers the unit only. Labor, service calls, installation errors, damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or other outside factors are not covered under the manufacturer warranty. Additional plumbing work, materials, or services required outside of the standard installation may result in additional charges.

Eligibility: Offer valid only for residential customers within the service areas of EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Customer must schedule and complete installation during the promotional period to qualify for the discount.
Other Terms: EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All sales are final. Standard payment and service terms apply.

Changes and Cancellations: EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, any scheduled services under the promotion will be charged at the regular rate unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning operates.
