Many of the products we offer are available only in professional grades and are not the same as look-a-like items in these home centers.Our on-site replacement warranties are highly regarded as a no-hassle alternative to the home center “bring-it-in” or “send to manufacturer” warranties.EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning delivers service in your home and/or business via a fully equipped service vehicle with a highly trained, insured technician able to spot other possible problems or opportunities in your application. TERMS: It is hereby provided that the title to all materials to be furnished by EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning shall be and remain in EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, until all sums of money called for in this proposal have been fully paid, and that until said sums are so paid, said materials shall be (and by your acceptance hereof you agree) and remain personal and removable property in whatsoever manner they may be annexed to realty; that in case of default in the payment above provided for, EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is authorized to enter said premises and take possession of and retain as liquidated damages any sum or sums of money that have been paid hereunder and that all expenses incurred in litigation arising out of and caused by failure to make payments as herein provided for shall be paid by you. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on all balances 30 days or more past due.

WARRANTY: All materials are covered by manufacturer’s written warranty.** Workmanship and labor are warranties for 30 days unless otherwise specified.** Drain and sewer cleaning: Our 30 days warranty applies to residential work only. Restaurants, Commercial, and Tenant establishments are not covered unless otherwise specified in writing.

SERVICE AUTHORIZATION: EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is not responsible for the replacement or repair of any drywall, floor covering, paint, asphalt, concrete, fencing, block, stonework, nor tile. Any excavated areas will be returned to rough grade and EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is not responsible for any landscaping to include but not limited to sod, bushes, plants, flowers, and trees.

PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY: Customer agrees to remove or protect any personal property inside and out, including but not limited to carpets, rugs, shrubs, and plantings. EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning shall not be responsible for said items, nor shall EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning be held responsible for said items, nor shall EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning be held responsible for the natural consequences of EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning’s work which may cause damage to improvements to real property including but not limited to curbs, sidewalks, walks, driveways, garages patios, lawns, shrubs, sprinkler systems, and other appurtenances to the residence or other real property. EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning shall not be held responsible for damage to personal property, real property and/or any improvements to real property caused by persons delivering materials or equipment, nor to keeping gates and doors closed for children and animals.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This is the entire agreement. The parties are not bound by any oral expression or representation by any agent purporting to act for or on their behalf or by any commitment or arrangement not set forth herein. The agreement binds jointly and severally all signing as customers, their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns. EZ Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning will not provide an itemized breakdown of materials and labor for flat priced work.EZ-Flow is not responsible for any damages to utilities, such as water, sewer, phone lines and power cables, etc.*By approval of estimates and/or work performed, you are accepting the above terms & conditions.
